It was online. I received classic behavioral prompts and had 3 tries to record myself answering each question. I didn’t get to see the questions beforehand. I didn’t hear back until a week later.

Q: What is one challenge you’ve faced and how did you overcome it?
I anpplied online and did a video interview (not live). I was then contacted about my availability and asked to come in for orientation and was immediately hired. Very easy process.
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
