3 hour long interview consisting of a one-on-one interview, a group task, a situational role play and a personal evaluation. The questions asked where based on the key competencies they sent over so you can prepare very well for the exam.

Standard competency based interview, followed by a group excercise regarding developing and pitching recommendations to school management, followed by a roleplay of how to deal with problematic situations regarding certain students.
