I applied online. I interviewed at Teach For All (Nairobi) in Jul 2025
Interview
I had 4 rounds of interviews ( 1 with a panel of 3) which took me hours and days to prepare for each. I also completed a written assignment where I wrote out a proposal on how to evaluate one of their programmes and created a draft theory of change, all this took me about 5 days to complete (they say it should not take you more than afew hours but that is never the case). I also submitted a written sample of my previous research. It seemed to be going positively until I got the email that they decided to go in a differerent direction.

Question 1
How I would work alongside partners from different cultural backgrounds. They are big on their values amd culture and how you align to them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teach For All (Accra) in Aug 2025
Interview
The HR interview went well but I could not proceed with them due to logistical challenges. The conversation was quite transparent but I was surprised they don't want to discuss salary range at this stage. They also shared that their compensation offers are non-negotiable
