Interview
2/3 interviews. Once with HR generally to check availability and get some notes on your education and experience.
Then with Head of studios to have an indepth understanding of your interpersonal and tech skills.
A skill test then and final interview (more of an onboarding call)
Probation for a month (could be more but generally a month suffices)
