The will ask you 100000rs for training And they will return this money as salary And 2 years of contract I didn't like the offer so i refuse, Nothing much if you have experience may be they accept you without money

No questions were asked to me. Since they told me I am from software development background. They just want some hard working and to pay 350000/- as deposit and sign 3 years bonds.
