1st interview was arranged around a week after the application. It was almost held on Zoom for about 20 with the HR lead. The lead asked introductory questions and inquired about my interests in the company. Although the interviewee said that they will get back to me in 2-3 days, I did not hear from the company for almost 2 weeks after the first interview. The 2nd interview was again arranged virtually. This time, they sent me a document which was basically a competency test that asked me to rate myself on the listed skills with examples in 20 minutes. I completed the test and shared the document with them. They said they will get back to me in a week. It has been more than 2 weeks and I still have not heard from them. Soooo.
