A 45min interview with a recruiter as the first step (classic screening call). Then 1h interview with hiring manager (mainly a get-to-know-each-other). Then 1 week to prepare a business case remotely (estimated processing time 3-4h). Then 1h business case/professional interview with the hiring manager (mainly specific questions about the case, very data-focused, goal was to understand my thinking and working style). Next steps would have been a team call and finally a call with the CPO.
