3 rounds of interview, with HR, team leader, and manager. HR was friendly, but their HR deparment has issue with checking working visa. It seems they don't put much effort if your visa is not most common type.

Their interview process lacks professionalism and impartiality. The first interview was OK, however, things took a turn in the second interview. They provided a task to do, and this task took a substantial amount of time. In the second interview the task was presented, however, there was a lack of interest from the company and professionalism displayed. The reason given for not progressing did not have anything to do with the task they gave or the questions that they asked. They need to remember that an interview is a two-way process and if you want someone amazing as a marketing hire, it is also about leaving a positive impression on candidates rather than making them think twice about the level of professionalism in your company.
