I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Telensa (Cambridge, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was waste of time for me and interviewers. Interviewers did know what they are looking for in a candidate. They could have done phone interview and made sure that I have prior experience in specific thing they are looking for but instead they decided to have face-to-face interview to find out what I can do for them. Entire day gone waste for me and also interview preparation time.

Interview
I didn't find my interview stages all that tough but I've observed them to be a lot tougher on others for the same job title. There were meant to be 2 stages but for me there were 3 with the last one an HR interview.

Interview
Very cool interview. The interviewers started with an overview of they company, then moved on with questions on my work experience and finally questions about challenges they might face in implementing their product in various situations.
