Interview
Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and we were talking actively during a few days. I answered to a questionary and he offered me to have a call in order to proceed with the next step. I said yes, and that was the end of the story. I got ghosted even though I insisted about scheduling that meeting. He was visibly online but simply decided to ghost.. I am not surprised at all after reading the rest of experiences over here...

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Telexistence in Oct 2024
Interview
I got a meeting with the talent acquisition manager first. A second meeting with the lead software engineer where only a few questions were asked to probe my skills. Then they sent me a code assignment to return to them within 7 days. I had to develop an application following the Clean Architecture code design. It took them 2 weeks to review my code while they said that only 2 days would be enough for them. I had to make a follow-up 4 times before they eventually replied to me. Their answer was negative, and they didn't provide any further details besides that the application is over-engineered.
