After submitting my application, I was scheduled a 15 minute call with them. Out of those 15 minutes, 10+ was spent on asking me what was my previous experience and "Why do you want to work here?" and nothing about who they are or what they do. After that, I was asked if I had any questions to them, which left me less than 5 minutes to know about the company and the position. Advise: You need to understand that those interviews work both ways - you want to know if I'm a good fit for you AND I want to know if I want to work with you. You need to sell yourself as well to your new potential employee. As a first impression after that interview, there's good chance that i wouldn't to work with them.
