Very laid back, was welcoming and had the manger and assistant manger there asked various questions which spanned about an hour of just getting to know me and themselves, asked about Hobbie and lifestyle and why I wanted to work at Telstra
Chilled and laidback - majority of the questions were about previous situations where a challenge is present or just regular behavioural stuff. Overall just be confident and show you are passionate to work at Telstra

What was one time where you had a conflict with a colleague and how did you resolve it?
Overall was pretty simple. Depends on the store and the location but if you know how to hold a conversation thats all they really look for. Just make sure you can talk about your experience
