After CV Screening, it is a online recorded interview session mostly behavioural questions and some coding as well, Coding consists of two or three questions, 2 easy, 1 medium question.

Tell me about yourself, previous experience, did you use AI during the coding process
I went through Telstra’s software engineer interview process, which started with an online application and coding test, followed by a behavioural interview. The final panel focused on technical expertise, system design, and cultural fit, testing both problem-solving and collaboration.

Interview
I feel they are biased and just send the automated interview email to everyone who just applies with their resume and credentials. They just waste everyone's time without giving the applicant any feedback on how to improve.

Behavorial questions on automated video recordings. There wasn't even a real person asking the questions. Just a self-interview. They don't really value the applicants.
