TOG set the interview 9 month later than applied with not so clear explanation. I still agreed. Case study was hard because no balance sheet. The interviewer got visible cranky with his jaw line jumping when I didn’t have the model pulled in front of me to walk him through while that wasn’t communicated if it was required or that I would be presenting the case by their HR because the link for second interview said it was a behavioral phone call. I could present the case without looking at anything. I took a day off and spent total 4 days to prep a full blown middle market carv out model but he didn’t even want to listen. Too high standards for the firm that being sued left and right for breaching employments, torturous interference, misstating facts, etc All active cases btw. And then - full model for investment sourcing role? They need to get their ducks in a row. I’m very confused about it at the very minimum.
