- First the HR contacted me and asked about my career background then proceeds with a couple of technical questions (this is all recorded for the CTO to watch) - Second was supposedly a lead engineer interview but no showup from them - Third interview with CTO, very casual just a 30 minute run again regarding your career background. Keep in mind the founder initially emailed me on a holiday/weekend I believe this is a reoccurring behaviour of them they like to rush their interviews and they don't give their feedback whether you passed or not. I was in constant email with the interviewers regarding my application status, and all they said was "I will have a talk with the team". Decided not to follow up with my application and this is very unprofessional from their end.
