TencerSherman interview questions

Surprised to learn that this firm wanted an on-site interview even though the job listing said remote interview process. Interview went okay but was asked about my tattoos and if I was willing to cover them up while at work. Even though I put on a professional appearance at work and always cover my tattoos with long sleeve shirts, I would not want to work for a firm that looked down on tattoos. Many firms and attorneys have grown away from that kind of mindset. Interview was a bit chaotic. I was sitting around waiting for them to figure out who would interview/talk to me. One of the partners even left to run an errand and came back towards the end to finish the interview. Was also told during my interview that it was concerning to them that I like to be busy and want a busy workload and that I felt that my previous firm didn’t have enough work for me. Even after saying that, they wanted me to send over references - I was shocked. I withdrew my application as I didn’t feel that I would fit in their firm culture.
