Terra Caribbean interview questions

I was warned by several colleagues who have been through the interviewing process at Terra, but across different departments. My interview was interrupted by an employee and the hiring manager did not seem perturbed by this in the least. The entire time it seemed as though they had no idea what they were doing, with mention coming up of the only reason why I would be considered is because there have been departmental changes, so a void needs to be filled. My brother interviewed for the Real Estate Agent position earlier in the year and the manager in the interview was very disorganized, could not explain to him when they would need someone to start and he would get a follow up email which never came. They seem to know who they want to hire and just follow along with a very lengthy and disorganized interviewing process. This company is in dire need of a new HR Department.
