Recruiter contacted via email with some preliminary questionnaires. Then had a phone interview with the hiring manager and selected for the panel interview. The panel interview was conducted via Teams due to COVID situation. It started with a 30 min project presentation and followed by one to one interview with 7 Tesla personnel.

Process includes HR screening, technical panel interview with 3–4 engineers, a 30-minute presentation, individual one-on-one discussions with panelists, and a final HR conversation to review feedback, discuss fit, and next steps

Very nice and very fast. Reach last interview with Senior Director. He asked me how to launch a battery assembly line. I explained but not enough I guess. Quality manager was great and the team was also amazing. Very technical and deep conversations.
