Interview
Applied for a position online for battery cell in Berlin. Got first a written exam and then a first talk with the recruiter. Then an interview with the lead engineer of the area, a panel interview with three more engineers of the area and a final interview with the senior manager in the US.
After a long process I was told I had been approved for a write up but then CEO said all hiring must be paused and I did not get the job at the end. Months later, with difficulty I managed to get back with the recruiter and the engineering manager but they said the position was not going to open any time soon.
