Ask more and more question to express your desire at this role. 4 phases to process the interview: *Phase 1 Recruiter Phone Call est. 10 mins Inquire about personal background and confirm understanding of the interview position. 1.Introduce yourself and explain your motivation for interviewing for this position. 2.Why Tesla? Why this specific role? 3.Agree on the next Con-call time, which will be notified via email. *Phase 2 Recruiter Con-call est. 60mins 1. Self-introduction (3-5 mins) 2. Based on the self-introduction and resume, inquire about details, striving to connect these experiences with the job description. For example: How would my sales experience perform in the role of a Tesla Advisor? 3. Explain why Tesla? Why this specific position? Why not another brand? Express your passion to highlight how you are the perfect fit. 4. Why everyone said Tesla always in danger news. All you have to do is to “Prove 3 strength” Role Play Key: Ask and interact with customer, you have to listen customer's problem and take out 3 streanath to prove Tesla is the right choose.
