I applied online. I interviewed at Tesla (Fremont, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interviewer was quite abrupt, and 15 minutes scheduled and only lasted about 10. It felt impersonal and rushed. He was quick to schedule it once I applied which was nice and efficient.
Fairly easy to navigate and interviewer will be eager to know your experiences and try to learn how you excelled in your previous jobs. Give it your best shot and be confident.
