There were 4 stages - first was 30 min phone interview, followed by a task and hour long call to run through this. Then a 2 hour interview on site with the relevant people to the role, and finally a quick interview with the CEO. Rejection came a day after this. The interviews were generally running through my background and the role, and various scenarios relating to the role.
All pretty relevant stuff designed to test if I was a good fit for the role and company. Lots of opportunity to ask questions and find out more. Well organised interview process, handled well by everyone involved (except for the rejection!) More of a discussion than a grilling which some interviews can be.
