Interview
Just a phone call, literally anyone can get a job here as an invigilator. Not a great vetting service. If I am ever in a decision making situation between TestReach and another provider I would not use TestReach.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a difficult work situation with a client or customer.
First round was with a recruiter that talked a lot more than me. she asked me just general questions about my experiences and salary expectancy.
Second round was with a young kid who assessed my proficiency with the English language, but he himself sounded like he still needs to develop it a bit more.
Third interview was with a Tech Lead that was very friendly. Again, he talked far more than me. Told the next step would be a technical assessment that would include either a small project or a architectural presentation. I've chosen the latter, and to the fourth round I went.
The fourth round was with a engineer manager and an architect, who presented me a problem and asked to present a solution on an architectural level. Most of the time they were completely silent. They asked some questions and made some comments, and some of them had some wrong technical assumptions.
