I was interviewed in the head nurse's office for about 30 minutes. We discussed my academic and research background as well as exactly what the lab investigates. The expectations of what I needed to do in the lab was laid out, followed by a few questions I had regarding the position itself. At the end of the interview, she offered me the position as well as more details regarding the start times and orientation.
