Talked to them at career fair and received an on campus interview the following day. This consisted of two 30 min interviews back to back with two interviewers in each. Both started with "tell me about yourself" and follow up questions based on that, then 3 behaviorals in each and ended with a situational question (kinda technical but not really). Heard back about an office visit not even a week later that would occur at HQ in Dallas the following Friday. They flew us out and provided a hotel room for the Thursday night before. 8 candidates from varying schools. Interview day started with a networking breakfast then a panel with current Access employees that was very helpful! We then toured their DMOS6 plant and they took us out to a nice lunch. Following lunch were the interviews. Two 30-40 min interviews with three managers in each and had a 45 min break between. After all interviews were done there was a group activity. This is purely an exercise to see how you work in groups and under time pressure and all managers that interviewed you are in the room taking notes on how you interact. This is NOT a case, don't stress, it's meant to be fun! I heard back about my offer the Monday after. Overall process took about 3-4 weeks.
