I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Richardson, TX)
Interview
Dinner the night before. The next day you will have two interviews and a group project. The questions are all behavioral. Make sure you remain calm and communicate well during the group project since it will make or break the offer. The group project is not technical so you really can't study for it or anything. Thought I did well, but I scored low on the group project. Was told a week later that I'd have no offer but they recommended me for other positions.

Interview
First was the phone interview which was technical in nature....Most questions were on Semiconductor (MOSFETS in particular)...Got an invite for onsite interview which included a presentation, behavioral and team project....Very creative and interesting interview process which was fun...Got to also tour the fab in Richardson. Overall, it was a great interview process and was really excited about the opportunities that the LDRP gives to college grads..
