The hiring process with TI is a challenge, I have to pass by 3 different processes: campus interview, phone interview and plant interview. The first two interviews were great because they were dynamic and they really care for recruiting. However, once on the plant interview, things change radically, the process is long, you have about 3 rounds of interview plus a teamwork assessment, and most of the time they get no new hires due to its policies.
