      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Munich, Bavaria) in Jan 2021

      Interview

3 stage interview process, excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking about applying. There are some fairly technical questions so do your research. Overall a very good experience from start to finish.

      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Negative experience

      Application

I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX)

      Interview

Internal recruiter, Jori Cohen, handled my interview scheduling and interview process. Texas Instrument's recruiter showed a lack of professionalism time and time again. Recruiter stated we would have to wait a week and a half to schedule the on site interview due to upper management's scheduling. That was on June 3rd. June 9th she finally gets my interview slot created. The interview finally happens on June 16th and when I meet with the hiring manager and HR doing my interview they informed me they were interviewing for this role the entire week of June 9th - 13th, the days I told Jori I could be available for an interview. The onsite interview with both the direct manager and HR went really well. However, I did not receive an offer letter. Instead I received a vague rejection with no insight on why I was passed over. The way the interview process was handled shows a lack of professionalism within TI and was disrespectful to my time. I went through two prior intensive phone interviews then waited on TI for almost 2 weeks until the recruiter felt like scheduling me. Drove 45 minutes and did an hour long interview just to be given a vague rejection with 0 insight about my specific candidacy and where it faltered. Texas Instruments loses good candidates by holding onto unprofessional recruiters.
