I was contacted by an HR in March 2023 were I was asked if I was interested in the digital IC Design Engineer role. After looking at the JD, I decided to apply since the job role was relevant to my skills and experience. The HR Scheduled a call where we discussed my schedule for the following week and he said that he will be scheduling an interview with the Hiring Manager which would be technical in nature. It was hardly a 5 minute call. Boom!! After that I have been ghosted since 2 weeks and counting. If you guys do not want to hire, why do reach out at the first place? If you dont think that the candidate is not a good fit, atleast have the decency to communicate with him through an email. Absolutely disappointing stuff from TI
