Interview
It's an on campus interview and last for about 30 minutes. First we went through my resume, asked me about my project experience and intern experience. Questions like 'What's your advantage, disadvantage, What's your most challenging experience?' Then asked me questions about structure and algorithm.

It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation, which reduced stress and allowed my true personality and skills to come through naturally.
