This extensive initial assessment was significantly more involved than the HR interview, whose main purpose seemed limited to confirming availability for the crucial hiring manager or panel interview.

      tough questions. all star questions. be prepared to speak of challenging situations that you have experienced and try to answer the questions incorporating their values. personally found these difficult to answer as I have not yet had an internship, so I could only speak from school experiences.
