Standard interview. 2 rounds. Round table with 5 people and conference call with manager and technical. Then 2nd round phone call, technical. Serious in energy. technical questions about how to implement things, experience with technologies, customer service, patience level, how well do you work with others

The interview process started with an initial screening call focusing on my background and research experience. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked to present my previous projects and discuss design trade-offs, problem-solving approaches, and practical engineering considerations.

Interview
Phone interview followed by two in-person interviews. Phone interview was basic and the first interview was technical. The last one was not very technical. The focus was on technical competency and some behavioral questions.
