I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Lubbock, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
Not bad at all, straightforward behavioral then technical, very traditional questions. They focused on how you work in a team, then went on to technical questions about technologies used, and how they were applied, they want to see how you learn and what you're capable of working alone.

The interview was conducted with two team members. It began with a brief introduction and getting to know each other without sharing too many personal details, and then continued with a technical interview.
