I had a Zoom interview with the person who would be my line manager and who held the role I was applying for previously. The interview was fairly lengthy, with a mix of formal questions and some regular chatting.
Ultimately, I felt the interview went well even if I didn't have the right experience but was abruptly told via email that I wasn't a cultural fit.

Interview
Had a screening call and then two follow up interviews in person. The screening call was around 30 minutes and was very relaxed, just finding out about myself. I heard back the next week that I had been put through to the next round, which included a presentation. The round after that was a values interview. Overall everyone was very honest and pleasant and it was clearly a two way fit!
