This page is for an American company (theaesgroup.com) not AES Group in Derby (aesgrp.com), but I have seen someone previously use this for AES Group in Derby by mistake so thought I would add my experience with them on here also. I applied online via their website and was invited for an interview. The interview process lasted two hours, one hour for a programming test and another hour for an interview with two people who I found were quite nice and friendly. Overall I think I had a positive experience with them and would have liked to have been employed by them.

I was asked a few questions about why I wanted to work as a developer, what I could bring to the company and what my experience was. I was then asked to implement a verifier for an NHS number.
