Interview
This page is for an American company (theaesgroup.com) not AES Group in Derby (aesgrp.com), but I have seen someone previously use this for AES Group in Derby by mistake so thought I would add my experience with them on here also.
I applied online via their website and was invited for an interview. The interview process lasted two hours, one hour for a programming test and another hour for an interview with two people who I found were quite nice and friendly.
Overall I think I had a positive experience with them and would have liked to have been employed by them.
