You have to do a mock class and interview with a panel of current instructors. You then play a series of games and then are asked individual questions about your personality and fitness level

The interview process consists of an audition and an interview! The interviewer who is typically a studio owner was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable while giving productive feedback.
