The Blake interview questions

Very easy. Apply on website, received phone call and hired on the spot. Interview questions were not difficult at all. The hardest part of the job is getting to know the names of all the residents in the facility.

I was interviewed by Michelle Rather. She was such a warm and welcoming woman. She introduced herself and gave a brief professional background. She gave a rundown of the facility and the different care units. After asking the interview questions, she expressed her staff and workplace expectations. She asked if I felt that I could meet those expectations and if I was interested in the job. I was offered a PRN position for training before offering or rescinding the full time position. Paperwork was started, TB skin test was given, and details for a specific clinic for drug testing was given.
