Interview
5★ interview process led by a highly knowledgeable and professional Talent Acquisition team. From the outset, there was clear transparency around each stage of the process, including expectations and timelines, which made the experience feel very organised and candidate-focused. Communication was consistent throughout, and feedback was provided promptly, which is always appreciated. The overall turnaround time was excellent, avoiding unnecessary delays, and the number of interview stages felt appropriate and efficient rather than excessive. A really positive, well-managed experience from start to finish.
1. A phone interview, the main verbal interview, where they ask the usual questions
2. They invite you to a trial shift for 30 minutes, where you would typically greet customers and introduce them to the newest product/deal.
