Interview
I had to come in three times---met with 2 of the research scientists, met with someone from HR, and then met with the director of the Platform. They asked about my research senior projects, draw stuff on the board, and walk them through a method.
Very nice people! Super responsive and interactive process. You talk about you and your lab work. They also talk about their research. You need to be a fit for them, but they also want to be a fit for you. It’s a nice balance.

Interview
The interview was very straightforward. I was asked why I wanted to work with the group and about my previous research experiences. I was also asked about what I expected to get out of the experience and my plans for the future.
