The Building Company interview questions

The interviewers where unprepared, as the Area manager, did not take the time to print/download my CV, this is dispite being late, and having me wait in a corridor on a dirty broken chair, listening to the staffs past weekend parties and other sensitive conversations. I was also hammered by the gentlemen, because I had a more senior role then him with my previous employer, and his words was that his goal was to be the ops manager at Buco in the near future. He became abit aggressive, when I told him that , I resigned and left on good terms, and the decion was 100% mine. But he wanted to hear that their was something wrong.why
