I was promptly contacted by HR after submitting my resume and a 1st interview was scheduled. At this time, I was provided a thorough overview of the position and I was asked some basic screening questions. I was grateful that the HR contact allowed me to ask questions about the company culture and work from home policies so early in the process as these are top of mind concerns for today’s job seekers. During the interview process, I was introduced to the Hiring Manager and members of the sales team. The Hiring Manager was very direct and clear regarding the needs of the organization, which provided me an opportunity to highlight specifically what I could offer to meet these needs.
Overall, the process was very professional and judicious.
