The Chester County Hospital interview questions

Very easy going interview, if I remember correctly. I was nervous at first vut everyone I talked to were very very friendly. All the questions were reasonable and easy to answer, I enjoyed the interview.

This was the worst interview process I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. The recruiter rushed through questions and couldn't answer any of the standard questions I inquired about the organization. She informed me that she would follow up with me in one to two weeks and did not. When I reached out she didn't bother responding. Not only is it disingenuous to not follow the interview protocol you communicated, its downright rude. Chester County should weed out unprofessional recruiters who clearly are there only to collect a check and collect their retirement. The recruiter was unprofessional and rude on the phone. If you hate your job just quit. Don't drag candidates through a poor led interview. Shame on Chester County Hospital for allowing such behavior in recruitment. Not a company I have interest in working with for if this is how you treat candidates.
