I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Jan 2013
Interview
Applied online, heard back fairly quickly. Had a phone interview then I came to an in-office interview. All of the questions were very straight-forward, mostly behavioral with a few technical questions (how would you price this plan...). This is the health-care industry, so I was asked to explain Obamacare. Nothing that bad at all. There were not any wild questions
I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Bloomfield, CT)
Interview
It was entirely behavioral, focusing on my past experiences, actions, and problem-solving approaches, exploring how I’ve handled real situations in previous roles, and the interviewers were friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested throughout.
Two rounds of interviews, the first being a phone call with a recruiter and the second being a zoom call / in-person meeting with a manager in the department. Neither were very stressful
it was about 3 rounds, pretty easy, ur typical STAR format interviews, just have stories prepared u should be fine, it was a chill environment, even the recruiter was so nice
