Interview
Good interactive interview process, had to make an espresso martini and show the process of making it, leaving a bad review as establishments should have the common decency to tell you whether you got the job or not after an interview, especially after in person they said they would! If i can take an hour and a half out my day to travel here and try my best for the interview process, the least you can do is take a minute out of yours to let me know if i got it or not.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Cocktail Club (Madrid) in Jan 2025
Interview
Muy rápido, muy eficientes y muy profesionales. 3 fases que no fueron repetitivas entre sí, me encantó y me generó buen rollo. Me gustó mucho todo lo que me contaron.

You are given a group task and then an individual interview reflecting strengths and weaknesses. If successful you get a trial shift, although I didn't get the job it provided me with transferrable skills
