Interview
I applied in April 2025 and had to follow up three times before eventually being invited to a second interview in May with two managers. All interviews were virtual. I was told I’d receive a decision by early June, regardless of outcome, but never heard back.
After more than a month of silence, I followed up in mid-June to formally withdraw my interest due to the lack of communication.
While the people I interacted with were professional and the company has a good reputation within OMIA, the overall candidate experience was disappointing. Clear communication, timely updates, and basic respect for applicants’ time are essential. Candidates prepare extensively and make space in their lives for these opportunities, the least a company can do is provide closure.
I hope this feedback encourages more thoughtful and transparent hiring practices in the future.

Phone interview / screening to vet technical qualification. In person interview with hiring manager and peer to review the job, requirements, strategy and expectations. Complete reference check and credit review/clearance. Very responsive by e-mail along the way and the process was clearly defined.
