After submitting my CV, I was called in for an interview at the company's headquarters. There, I met with one of the owners, and their HR rep. The whole experience was very pleasant and relaxed; they simply wanted to find out if my passions suited theirs, and if the appreciation I have of the work they do would make me a good fit for their staff.
