The Cut & Craft interview questions

Originally emailed operations director as the advert said, he said he was interested and then asked when I was available the following week. Then received no response for almost 2 weeks until then being invited to an interview day. This interview day was like a cattle market with a room full of people holding interviews, making it difficult to even hear the questions being asked. Person who interviewed me said that they liked me and I would hear back over the weekend. Since then have had no response despite emailing operations director to ask for an update. Only discovered I’d been unsuccessful after they posted online that they’d found their dream team. I understand they interviewed a lot of people but don’t promise an answer if you’re not going to give it, it’s quite unprofessional and a shame as the woman who interviewed me was really friendly at the time!
