      Project Coordinator Interview

      17 Oct 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Dinerstein (Houston, TX) in Oct 2024

      Interview

Began with applying for a confidential job listing, where the job posting had a false pay range (cited 90k, paid 60K). Recruiter reached out and said position has been open for 4 months and they are looking to fill it still. Spoke about the job, the company, my experience and cited confidence in it being a good match. Required a skills, personality and work type test which I completed and from there was given approval to do interview. Did interview with two people from Dinerstein and was asked only about things that were not highlighted on the job posting and cited by recruiter as would be nice but not essential, These items were zeroed in on so much to the point where one of the interviewers verbally cited the interview was a waste of time. Overall experience was very strange and unpersonal.
