The Elms (UK) interview questions

The woman started off by asking my name, phone number and email etc. told me about the pub and then asked stuff from the cv. I then was told I would be called back within 1 week but never was. I then waited 4 weeks and called again but got told a manager would call back next day. 8 weeks from that I still have not been called back
